Anna Borriello was born in Brindisi, where she lived for a few months before moving with her family to Senigallia.
She has been interested in painting since childhood: her father had to buy the first case with oil paints when she was just eight.

The transfer to Milan marked the beginning of her artistic career: here she attended the famous Accademia delle Belle Arti di Brera.
Her passion drove her to also attend the painting school of Cologno Monzese, where she began her actual path through art and where she trained under the careful guidance of Felice Bossone who, considering her one of the more gifted students, directed her towards a neo-figurative horizon.

In a short time her works started to show her full control of the paintbrush and essentiality [as evidenced by the work "Pomodori"].
She has done several solo and group exhibitions, gaining flattering judgments of critics and audiences.
Her works can be found, today, in many public and private collections.
